This workshop aims to equip you to be able to build more effective relationships at work and how to keep cool in the most difficult situations, giving you confidence and courage to thrive in the workplace.
The workshop will introduce you to tools and techniques to enable you to create more effective working relationships with colleagues and customers and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease, along with;
- Exploring Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Resonance
- Working with others (professional relationships) – setting boundaries and expectations
- Building relationships – to include communication, diversity and trust
- Using assertive language
- Emotional literacy
- Tips and techniques to help you keep calm under pressure
