This session will raise awareness of the purpose of questioning and provide strategies for AfL using effective questioning techniques. Available in ‘nibble-sized’ sessions:
– 1.5 hour duration
– blocks of 2 per half day or 3 per whole day

Understand the difference between AfL and summative assessment
Create opportunities for effective questioning
Be able to describe the concept of differentiated questioning and how to use it
Know how to use a variety of activities to assess and extend learning
