19 November, London
Half day 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Occasionally staff witness minor infringements taking place around school or college, or are required to defuse and re-engage with students who are displaying challenging behaviour in class. Many feel nervous of dealing with these without confrontation. This session gives several approaches to managing and de-escalating situations in a positive manner.
By learning these techniques you can leave behind the worry about how you’re going manage. And when that little ripple of confidence begins to roll up to be a wave, you can usually ride it all the way to the beach (well, perhaps I’m getting carried away, but you know what I mean!).
£75 plus VAT
By the end of the session, you will:
“A very useful session that will be valuable in both the workplace and home. Full of logical and flexible techniques for everybody.
Lack of confidence in managing behaviour in class can whirl around until it wears you down to make you feel a little hesitant. But what if I were to say that you’d find a solution at this training? You’d come? Fabulous!
Your place will cost £75 plus VAT.
A half day of valuable training without having to spend too much time away from work.
