Reasons to enjoy a Sunday breakfast

During the working week we rush our breakfast without a second thought, sloshing milk into our cereal bowls and sprinkling with sugar.  Here's the benefit of the Sunday breakfast. 

  1. We can eat with our family and loved ones, rather than passing via the kettle and calling out reminders and instructions.
  2. You'll have the chance to sit down and eat, instead of standing up (or even walking around).
  3. There's the luxury of time to prepare favourite breakfast items and enjoy the flavours and textures.

For me, the Sunday breakfast is one to be savoured.  Enjoy!
