Our fantastic course Understanding and Supporting individuals with PDA is available as a half day session.
We’re bringing this to you live and online, via Zoom, with fully guided training across two hours 9.30am – 11.30am.
During this training session, our aims are that participants will:
– Understand the meaning of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and the history of this profile on the Autistic Spectrum
– Know how to support a PDA pupil/student in class and elsewhere
– Recognise what causes the behaviours associated with PDA and the best methods to de-escalate
– Be more aware of how PDA and Autism are linked
