With the pace we live our lives today, are we ever-present in each moment?
We often find ourselves continually thinking ahead and not even taking in the here and now.
This can lead to failing to listen to a conversation, or not even remembering what we have had for lunch as our minds are too busy and too full. And our mental health can suffer.

This full day workshop aims to introduce and equip you to become more present in the moment and help to empty your mind.
This gives you a better capacity to concentrate in daily life, reduce stress and anxiety and create a better balance within.
You’ll begin to feel more able to take on the challenges that we all face on a daily basis, be more sincere and attentive to those who mean the most to us, and recognise when we need to re-tune.
Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better.
When we become more aware of the present moment, we begin to experience afresh things that we have been taking for granted.
The workshop will introduce tools and techniques to enable you to practice mindfulness at times when you need it most, along with:
- Raising your self-awareness
- Recognising when you need to be more present
- Benefits of mindfulness
- Practising mindfulness
