Behavioural Management – a Four-Way Approach
If your students are giving you a real cause for concern, you need to tackle the behaviours from a number of angles. It’s not enough to just read the textbooks on behaviour management, there are some simple strategies you can use in the classroom IMMEDIATELY. Our previous delegates have told us they’ve had fantastic success when they’ve tried our approaches.
If you aren’t free to come to our next fixed date, book a date when we can bring the training to your school or college.
What you will learn:
* Terminology to improve own assertive language
* Ways to make “reasonable adjustment” for BESD/SEMH
* The different facets and complexities of learners with BESD/SEMH
